Final Race: DNF (Heavy High-Side Crash)
What a weekend.
Coming into Round 2, we knew we had a machine capable of fighting at the front. Imagine combining the expertise of the master mechanics from my Team TUNE Garage , AAR9Speed , EZFix Garage , together with the proven racing parts from PITSBIKE the result was an aggressive, powerful, and podium-worthy race bike.
We had the pace. We had the speed. We were already battling for what could have been a 2nd place podium finish.
Unfortunately, racing is unpredictable.
On Lap 2, I made a costly mistake. I shifted to 2nd gear too early and immediately went full throttle, causing a massive high-side crash. It was purely a rider error, and I take full responsibility for it.
After the crash, my first instinct wasn’t my motorcycle.it was everyone’s safety. I immediately ran to remove the tire barrier that had been thrown onto the track to make sure no other riders would get involved in another accident.
After that, I rushed back to my bike, started it, and did everything I could to continue the race. I didn’t want to give up because all I could think about was the sleepless nights, hard work, sacrifices, and countless hours my team invested just to give me a competitive machine.
Sadly, the bike could no longer continue.
It hurts. It really does.
But despite such a violent crash, I’m incredibly thankful to God that I walked away with only minor body pain. That alone is already a huge victory.
Every challenge is another lesson. Every crash makes us stronger. We may have missed the podium this time, but our journey doesn’t end here.
We’ll keep working. We’ll keep improving. We’ll keep believing.
Next month, we’ll line up on the grid once again and challenge the fastest riders. And hopefully, with God’s perfect timing, we’ll finally bring home that podium finish and another trophy. 🏆🏍️💨
