Asian Road Racing Championships is back and so is Yamaha Racing.
Featuring two new Filipino Riders racing for our flag in the UB150 Category, Racing under “UMA Racing MMR Yamaha Philippines” are April King Mascardo and Gian Carlo Mauricio. Their arrival doesn’t come without great expectations because they are following the feats of McKinley Kyle Paz. ‘The Wonderboy’ was named the champion of the category and became the first Filipino to win the title. The Filipino duo are set to defend the championship which will be a challenging task this season

Mascardo finishes 9th and 5th on Race 1 and 2 respectively, coming in 7th in the overall standing, while Mauricio got a dnf and 17th on Race 1 and 2 respectively coming in 17th in the overall standing, while fellow Filipino John Emerson Inguito finishes 11th and 10 on both races respectively coming in 10th in the overall standing.
