I know you’ve worked very hard to be here. Starting the race in P4 and working your way into P3 in your debut race is nerve-racking. Seeing you crash and emotional after throwing away what should have been a podium in your debut race made me feel bad, but at the same time, it put a smile on my face knowing that everyone who made it to the top of the sport experienced the same thing. Back when they were just like you, a beginner, a new kid on the block, and for sure, just like them, you’ll learn a valuable lesson after this race.
I’m proud of you, just keep your head up and work harder. Everything has its perfect time. Thank you to everyone who helped Kyro be where he is right now – Mommy Shela Mangosong, Mama Bing, Coach Jamber Salvar (his strength and conditioning coach), Coach Deo Pondoc (who worked every day to bring him to the track to train and ride), Rejuso Sansan (his practice bike mechanic), Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc., SEC Motosupply, Nharjo Zemcru (for building his race bike and tuning it to be race-ready), K-U Deleon, Tiangson Jayson , Michel Albert Mangosong Mapa Heikkidesigns, Positive Idea Chrome Worx , and everyone of my friends and family who came to cheer for him – thank you so much.
